Maria Helena Souto is presenting MoMoWo – Women’s Creativity Since the Modern Movement on the 29th of September at Rainha Sonja’s (Cubo) auditorium starting at 11h00. The conference will talk about the european project, which is co-funded by Creative Europe, part of the European Union’s Culture sub-programme.
MoMoWo is the first project by the EU dedicated to the study of women’s contributions throughout the areas of architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, industrial design, interior design and civil engineering from the modern movement until contemporaneity (1918 – 2018).
This session anticipates the 3rd MoMoWo international conference which will be held between the 2nd and 4th of October at Oviedo’s University in Spain and the final Symposium occurring in 2018.
