December, 8, 2015 – January, 15, 2016 | Foyer, Faculty of architecture STU | Bratislava, Slovakia
The exhibition is dedicated to the six women architects, Mária Krukovská, Štefánia Krumlová, Milica Marcinková, Viera Mecková, Oľga Ondreičková and Lýdia Titlová, who were the first to work on the Slovak architecture scene. It puts the emphasis as much on personality as well as their work. Exceptional women architects and their impressive works are presented to the public by the large-scale images of the well-known photographer Olja Triaška Stefanovič. Historical materials, old photographs and drawings, illustrate the period when these ladies have been on the top of their creative career.
